Last year, while uncertain for us all, was a successful year for Helen Adams Realty thanks to our trusting clients and the Charlotte area’s steady growth. Being a locally owned company, we realize the importance of our community and the contributions that our neighbors have made to our company’s many years of success. In celebration of this and our 45th anniversary, we are excited to announce The Helen Adams Realty Heart of the Home Giveaway.
We've teamed up with Queen City Audio Video & Appliances to give away $10,000 in store credit towards KitchenAid products to one lucky winner in our local community. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home and where so many of us make memories and share traditions. Through this giveaway we hope to help our winner create a new space for memories and, with their real estate investment always on our minds, increase the value of their home.
Like Helen Adams Realty, Queen City Audio Video & Appliances, is locally and family owned, and shares the belief that relationships, customer support, and service to the community are the keys to success. In addition to this giveaway, each of our companies has promised $5,000 to one organization that supports our local community. Helen Adams Realty will donate to the Helen Adams Realty Scholarship Fund at UNC Charlotte and Queen City will share it’s donation with No Child Hungry.
Helen Adams Realty, a Charlotte-based company since 1975, takes pride in being woman founded, family owned, and locally operated. Founder Helen Adams was a 6th generation Charlottean and her son Jeff and his children, all of whom are involved in the business, are 7th and 8th generation respectively. These deep roots are part of the reason for the firm’s ongoing commitment to give back to the Charlotte community.

In 2015, Helen Adams Realty established a permanent endowment with UNC Charlotte in Helen's memory. When considering how to honor and give back to our community, the education of local students and future leaders felt like a natural fit. Proceeds from the endowment provide merit-based scholarships to incoming freshmen from the Charlotte area and towards the community to which we feel inherently bound.
